Refund policy


We do not offer a return on any of the custom-made garments with your personalized design, you are more than welcome to contact us with any concerns about your received order and we might be able to help you.

To be eligible for return under certain circumstances, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the order confirmation email or proof of purchase ( we can also see your order in our Shopify database in case you do not have it). The risk of products ordered at our store passes to the customer after 14 days from the delivery date. We do not offer free returns and customer has to pay for the shipment back to our business.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. The warranty for the product is for two years in case the product is unworn and unused.

All non-personalized products are subject to a 2-year warranty and are eligible for a refund for 14 days. 

Exceptions / non-returnable items 

Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as custom-made products which implies all products made by Bjørken Studio  (special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Unclaimed packages

In case a customer does not pick up a package or is unable to schedule a pick up with a courier in case of private delivery and the package is returned to us, it is the customer's own responsibility to pay for a new postage label for the new shipment. No refund will be offered on unclaimed orders.
