Shipping policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping at BJØRKEN STUDIO.Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

Shipment processing time in DENMARK.

All orders are processed within 10-12 business days, in some cases sooner depending on the capacity and amount of orders received. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

Shipping rates & delivery estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

GLS or POSTNORD:

PakkeShop & Parcel Shop - 39 DKK

Private Adress Delivery - 59 DKK

Outside of Denmark 

Parcel Shopp - 99DKK

Estimated delivery time

In Denmark, 2-3 business days after the order is made (which takes approximately 8-10days).

The rest of Europe is 2-3 weeks based on your location.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur based on the number of orders received and delayed delivery time is not a reason to cancel or refund your order. As well we do not declare and promise delivery dates by any specific date, for example, Christmas, any holidays or birthdays you have aimed to receive the product by. You are welcome to send us an inquiry and we will try our best to help you meet any deadline if possible for our business but not unless previously agreed upon. 

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

BJØRKEN STUDIO is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages

BJØRKEN STUDIOis not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
